Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from office in Wroclaw

 

Your Role:
In your role as Business Operations Expert, you will support the Hub Leader and the Wroclaw Hub Leadership Team in executing our strategic roadmap. This includes facilitating leadership meetings and ensuring effective follow-up on agreed actions. You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring successful and timely project completion. Additionally, you will develop capacity planning methodologies, maintain operational procedures, draft reports, and create presentations.

 

You will be responsible for overseeing the hub’s Risk Management and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), as well as coordinating the planning, execution, and follow-up of audits. Furthermore, you will manage an engaging onboarding process for new joiners and support hub leadership in planning and managing general Hub expenses.

This is a full-time position requiring your presence in the Wroclaw Hub Office three days a week.

 

Who You Are:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant project management experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across various functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
     
    Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience managing global and virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of GBS methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma) and problem-solving skills.
  • Global Business Services work experience and financial background are considered a plus.
