Your role:

 

Join our team as a Change Manager for the Invoice to Pay (I2P) AP Workflow Implementation Project! You’ll play a crucial role in transforming our procurement processes. Collaborating closely with the I2P Global Process Owner, you’ll lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees and suppliers alike. Your responsibilities will include crafting change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, and engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll also design training materials and facilitate sessions, ensuring everyone is equipped for the new workflow. This is a fantastic opportunity for growth, with a clear career path in our organization as we continue to innovate and improve.

 

Who you are:

 

  • University degree in business, organizational change, human resources, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management preferably in Finance or Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes; experience with AP Workflow projects is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead change in complex, international environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training and communication materials.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
