Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw.

 

YOUR ROLE:
As the Business Process Expert Onboarding Services, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the HR/Employee Services onboarding process, focusing on simplification, harmonization and standardization, documentation, and performance measurement. 

The role focuses on designing, developing, and owning the processes and tools to ensure a positive onboarding experience for our employees. The role involves a high level of senior stakeholder management activities and acts as the key contact for HR onboarding issues.

You will define the strategic vision for the holistic end-to-end onboarding process, drive efficiency and monitor performance, create and maintain a working culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation, as well as advise on strategic and functionally critical projects.
 
WHO YOU ARE:

  • Proven experience as an Onboarding Specialist or in Onboarding Services in a matrixed, international environment
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a variety of roles within a GBS organisation or comparable process-related roles (e.g. HR Services or Talent Acquisition)
  • At least 5 years' experience working in diverse international teams, with a proven track record of success in roles involving interaction with multiple departments and external parties
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to connect and build strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Strong project management and process excellence skills (performance management, continuous improvement)
  • Fluent in English
