Business Process Expert - P2O (all genders)

Your role:

As the Functional Solution Key User P2O, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our procurement processes. Based in the Philippines, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to design, optimize, and standardize purchasing workflows across the organization. Your mission is to ensure our procurement operations are efficient, compliant, and digitally enabled. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that boost efficiency. Who you are:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or process improvement.
• Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP, and procurement tools like Ariba.
• Proven track record in delivering process optimization projects across various regions or business units.
• Strong experience in managing and optimizing purchasing tools and systems.
• Background in large-scale purchasing operations or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, process automation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and engage stakeholders effectively.
