This role can be done in hybrid model: 2 days from Wroclaw office per week.

Your role:

As a Business Process Expert in Source to Order, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our procurement processes. Your mission is to design, optimize, and standardize sourcing and purchasing workflows across our organization. Based in the Philippines, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our procurement operations are efficient, compliant, and digitally enabled. You'll analyze current processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions that drive efficiency. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and a clear path for career advancement. Who you are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or process improvement.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, especially SAP, and procurement tools like Ariba.
  • Proven track record in delivering process optimization projects across multiple regions or business units.
  • Strong experience in managing and optimizing purchasing tools and systems.
  • Background in large-scale procurement operations or multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, process automation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and engage stakeholders effectively.
