This role is for the fixed term contract in a hybrid working model from Wrocław.

 

Your Role:

Are you ready to lead impactful payroll and time initiatives on a global scale? In this role, you’ll drive the planning, coordination, and execution of payroll and time & attendance projects, with a strong focus on Germany. As a key player in the implementation of a global payroll operating model, you’ll manage organizational and system transitions while ensuring efficient, compliant, and effective solutions.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, monitor progress, and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. Your expertise will enhance continuous improvement in payroll processes globally while ensuring alignment with the broader employee services strategy.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in German payroll, including social security, compliance, and legal regulations.
  • Significant expertise in global payroll and time processes, including implementing payroll strategies and transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in project leadership, budget planning, and execution for payroll initiatives, especially in Germany.
  • Experience in vendor management, including sourcing, contract creation, and managing payroll tenders globally.
  • Deep understanding of payroll IT systems, including architecture, interfaces, and data management.
  • Skilled in process improvement and performance management methodologies like LEAN, with experience in KPIs.
  • Familiarity with HR processes across the employee lifecycle, globally and in Germany.
  • Fluent English, with excellent communication skills, German would be an advantage
