This role can be done up to 80% remotelty.

Your role:
As Business Process Manager ERP Deployment for R2R you are responsible for planning, executing, and reporting of all phases of SAP-/ERP-projects (Business Blueprint, Realization/Development, Testing and GO LIVE & Hyper care) considering all accounting-/controlling-/ and VAT-relevant processes and their implications on SAP-configurations. Your target is the implementation of Standard Processes in alignment with Functional Solution Accounting and Finance as well as a successful Golife without Business interruptions.
You perform projects as linking pin between Finance, Procurement, Business Technology but also other Business Partners like Finance Operation, Controlling and Treasury in terms of new accounting-relevant process-/ and therefore ERP-/IT-system changes. 
You act as Business Process/Project Manager and Line Manager with Business Process Experts for General Ledger and Controlling (Cost accounting and Product Costing) via direct line and/or via dotted line. You cooperate with Project Management Office, Country Organization, Application Owners, Global Transformation Management, Project Team Members, auditors and various other Stakeholders within and also outside the company.

Who you are:

• Successfully completed one or more full life cycle IT-/ERP-implementations.
• 6+ years Accounting-/Controlling process expertise based on SAP ideally complemented by relevant working experiences in SAP FI and/or CO.
• Demonstrable experience in ability to translate business requirements into SAP-processes and to support change engineering process.
• Verifiable expertise in leading and working in cross functional teams to meet goals across multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to review and interpret data, detect problems and determine best solution and preventative measures to mitigate future risks. Experience with LEAN Management tools
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, analysis and decision-making, and self -management skills.
• Ability to work/communicate appropriately at all levels within organization.
• Flexibility & willingness for regular business trips.
