Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed
YOUR ROLE:
In your role as a Cash Collections Manager, you will drive daily operations and empower a regional team of specialists to achieve our cash flow targets. You will guide your team through regular feedback and performance reviews while taking charge of high-risk customer negotiations. By analyzing key performance indicators and dispute trends, you will actively shape strategies to minimize past-due accounts.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales and Finance to resolve complex issues and ensure strict compliance with internal controls. Additionally, you will champion continuous improvement by participating in digital automation initiatives. This role offers excellent opportunities to grow your leadership skills while making a direct impact on our financial health and customer relationships.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum 4 years of collections experience, experience in credit management will be an asset
- Proven leadership background in guiding and developing teams within a financial setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Multilingual capabilities required for support across EU markets; communication in English and at least one European language is necessary for daily tasks
- Strong analytical capabilities for financial reporting and tracking key performance indicators.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, FSCM).
- Solid understanding of credit risk assessment and debt collection best practices.
