This role can be done in a hybrid model from Wrocław..
Your role:
As a Cash Collection Specialist, you'll ensure efficient cash collection by managing customer accounts and implementing strategies to maximize recovery. Your role includes processing receivables, addressing customer inquiries, and preparing reports on collection activities and account statuses. You’ll actively contribute to compliance efforts, process improvements, and training initiatives while supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. This position offers a chance to participate in impactful projects, identify process improvements and contribute to LEAN methodology, including daily management and problem-solving sessions ensuring continuous improvement in finance operations. Your core responsibilities will include driving collection activities, process requests, and handle receivables in ERP systems within SLAs. Who You Are

• 3–5 years experience in Cash Collection or Order-to-Cash processes.
• SAP and Microsoft Excel hands on experience
• Proactive, independent, organized, and collaborative with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (other European languages are an advantage).
• Critical thinker with a “can-do” attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
• University degree in finance or a related field.
