Your role:


Join our team as a Junior Change Management Expert in Poland! This is a fantastic opportunity to support and coordinate change management initiatives within a critical global program in our Group CFO organization. You'll be at the forefront, guiding and executing various change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and successful implementations. Your proactive communication skills will help engage stakeholders, driving excellence across operational teams. You'll design effective communication strategies, manage daily activities, and adapt training materials to meet specific needs. This role is not just about today; it’s about shaping your career path with growth opportunities in change management.


Who you are:

 

 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Change & Transformation roles, with a strong record of driving global change initiatives.
  • Finance Background: Previous experience in change projects related to Finance & Accounting is preferred.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Solid understanding of Change & Transformation tools, with strong execution skills for communications and enablement.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills in fluent English, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, focused on execution and meeting timelines while adapting strategies as needed.
  • Training Expertise: Experience in creating and executing training programs for large-scale initiatives is a plus.
  • Change Leadership: Ability to inspire and engage stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Darmstadt, Germany, as needed.
