This role can be done in a fully remote working model.
Your role:
The Senior Compliance Officer will oversee the suite of Enabling Functions Group solutions (global and local applications), ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, including audit readiness and adherence to standards such as NIS2. This role is critical in maintaining compliance and mitigating risks associated with regulatory changes. This is a senior role in charge of providing guidance and control for the 150 service offerings in scope of EF Group Solutions. This role will work closely with IT, security team, and operational teams to ensure comprehensive compliance across all application functionalities in scope. This role is essential for ensuring that applications not only meet current compliance standards but are also prepared for future regulatory changes, thereby safeguarding the organization against potential risks.

Your key responsibilities include audit readiness such as coordinating with the IT Governance office and application owners to ensure readiness for audits, maintaining documentation related to compliance activities, conducting regular internal audits tests to identify gaps and implement corrective actions and recommending enhancements to improve compliance processes. You will also manage qualification ownership to oversee application technical GxP qualification per established standards and regulations, collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with guidelines, including NIS2 and monitor new regulations and update applications accordingly. Other tasks are related to regulatory compliance awareness to stay updated on regulatory changes, especially NIS2, and their implications for applications, risk management and reporting to prepare compliance reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting status and improvement areas.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management, preferably in a technology or application environment of at least 10 years
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including NIS2, and industry best practices, exposure to GxP validation and qualification process is a must
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance management software and tools.
  • Certification in compliance or auditing (e.g., CCEP, CISA) is a plus.
