This role can be done in hybrid model: 2 days from Wroclaw office per week.

Your role:

As an Employee Advisor, you will serve as the key ambassador of our employee experience, being the first point of contact for HR-related matters for managers, employees, external candidates, and HR business partners. You will identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives throughout the employee lifecycle. Handling complex inquiries over the phone, chats and requests in the customer's native language, you will also manage queries received through digital channels, resolving most and escalating others as needed. Your role includes continuously improving our manager and employee self-services. You will ensure accurate input of employee data into our core HR system, Employee Central, and focus on delivering high-quality services within defined SLAs and KPIs. Who you are:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English and French or Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in Shared Service Center and/or Call Center is an advantage.
  • Experience in Human Resources topics across the employee lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
  • Customer-focused, pragmatic problem-solving, and tech-savvy mindset with adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to organize time efficiently, prioritize work, and concentrate on key tasks.
  • Results-oriented person with proactive attitude.
