This job can be done in hybrid model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw.
Your role:
As our Employee Care Advisor, you will be a key ambassador of our employee experience and the first point of contact and expert on HR-related issues and tasks for our clients - managers, employees, external candidates and HR business partners. You will identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives across the employee lifecycle from hire to exit.
You will handle complex telephone enquiries in the client's native language. You will also screen and qualify questions received through digital channels, answering the majority and escalating cases requiring in-depth expertise to the appropriate teams. To continually improve, streamline and simplify our manager and employee self-service, you will manage and maintain our HR knowledge base. This will involve reviewing, challenging and improving knowledge articles aimed at explaining our HR products and processes to our customers.

Who you are:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential. Any other European language is an advantage (e.g. Italian or Spanish).
  • Previous experience in a shared service centre (e.g. payroll, HR administration or any HR related position) is required
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a first contact centre environment
  • Experience of HR issues across the employee lifecycle (preferably German market) is highly desirable, but full training will be provided
  • Ability to multi-task (handle multiple activities at the same time)
  • Ability to structure your daily work 
  • Solution and customer satisfaction driven
