This role can be done in a hybrid model up to 60% from home in Wrocław.

Your role:

As an Event Management Project Management Office Expert, you will support the positioning of the company, both internally and externally, and create a unique and emotional brand experience. The focus will be on supporting a newly formed hybrid event management team based in both Germany & Poland, with influence to prove the success of this new set-up.
The focus will be on back-office activities, organizational and operational activities in Poland for actions taking place in Germany, strategic consulting, concept development, implementation support and logistics of meetings and events at our company. The scope of this role is supporting events for our headquarters in Germany.

As the Event Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of events for VIP stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring seamless management of top-level events. You will collaborate across departments to build strong cross-functional relationships, maximizing the company's resources while ensuring compliance with internal event policies and branding guidelines on a global scale.

In addition, you will support business units in creating strategic concepts and developing relevant content, offering your expertise in managing event logistics. A key focus of this role will be identifying innovative, cost-effective solutions driven by creative ideas.

You will oversee the entire event planning process, proactively addressing changes and challenges, and implementing strategies to measure event success and performance.

 

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in communications or event management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and intercultural skills, to be client-focused and present ability to understand the requirements of VIP clients
  • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of the events industry, technical consultancy experience would be an advantage
  • Conceptual and consultative skills and experience in event logistics planning
  • Experience in planning, organization and post-event reporting of mid-size and large events, technology and the use of digital technology in the context of events
  • Process-oriented thinking, structured, meticulous, and efficient working style
  • Empathy and passion combined with a strong team spirit with a high degree of initiative, self-direction, flexibility and intercultural skills
  • Availability to travel up to 15% (mainly to Germany)
