Work model: 2 days from office in Wroclaw or up to 100% remotely from Poland

 

YOUR ROLE:
As a Finance Expert in FP&A Investor Relations, you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's growth narrative and communicating key financial insights to investors. This is an exciting opportunity for FP&A professionals looking to transition into a role that combines analytical expertise with strategic communication.

Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing financial trends and competitive insights to support the Investor Relations team while enhancing reporting processes. You will develop impactful financial presentations on the company's performance, including quarterly results and capital market updates. Collaborating closely with a talented team, you'll produce analytical reports focused on key sectors and gather essential information for quarterly management presentations. Additionally, you will optimize service delivery standards and identify automation opportunities to drive efficiency.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance, particularly in FP&A roles.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with a knack for data visualization.
  • Strong background in financial controlling and understanding of group consolidated results.
  • Proven experience in preparing compelling financial presentations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for occasional business travel (approx. 3 days per quarter, mainly to Germany).
