This role can be done hybrid: 2 days per week from office in Wrocław.

Your role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting Specialist to take responsibility for German Federal Bank (Deutsche Bundesbank) reporting across all German entities in our scope.  In this role, you will ensure compliance with German foreign trade reporting requirements (AWV), act as the central point of contact for external authorities and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes. You will serve as the primary contact for external Federal Bank inquiries and communication, perform data analyses, plausibility checks, and submit required reports with high accuracy and timeliness. You will also collaborate with IT experts to initiate, supervise, and validate SAP system changes relevant to reporting, act as Key User for ERP systems, supporting functional improvements and system reliability. The role cover supporting and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

 

Who you are:

  • Experience with reporting processes especially in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Intercompany accounting
  • Regulatory reporting obligations and experience in working with foreign trade regulations is a plus,
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, advance skills in MS Excel,
  • Profound knowledge of SAP or other ERP system; Key User experience is a plus,
  • Affinity for digitalization, automation, and innovative tech-driven solutions,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally,
  • Fluent in German and English,
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
