YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you will design, govern, and continuously optimize our Invoice-to-Cash processes to drive functional excellence and improve working capital across global regions. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, you will eliminate payment delays and improve the overall customer payment experience. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert driving digital enablement through SAP FSCM, process automation, process mining, and advanced analytics. This role offers you a high-impact platform to lead global process transformations and grow as a functional leader.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) process management, credit, or global collections.

• Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken business communication.

• Solid functional knowledge of SAP FSCM Collections and core SAP ERP modules (FI, SD) or equivalent tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighRadius).

• Proven background in process design, workflow mapping, and global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation.

• Hands-on experience with process mining and analytics tools such as Celonis, Signavio, or Power BI.

• Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA).

• Track record of supporting global deployments, including UAT, user training, change management, and hypercare support.

• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to influence without authority
