Global Business Process Manager Purchase to Order (all genders)

YOUR ROLE:

Join our team as the Global Purchasing Business Process Manager, where you'll play a key role in enhancing procurement processes. You'll dive into analyzing current purchasing workflows, identifying gaps, and designing streamlined processes that drive efficiency and compliance. This position offers flexibility to work from our GES Hubs in Bangalore, Manila, or Wroclaw, reporting directly to the Global Process Owner for Source to Order. You’ll manage purchasing tools like SAP Ariba and Oracle, ensuring they’re optimized for our teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead projects aimed at continuous improvement and engage in training sessions to empower others. WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; Master’s or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations.
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and procurement tools (like Ariba).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering process optimization projects.
• Experience managing and optimizing purchasing tools and systems.
• Familiarity with large-scale purchasing operations or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement systems and process automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
