Your role:

Join our team as a Global Finance Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring our funds are wisely invested. You’ll dive deep into data, conduct thorough analyses, and drive business decisions with confidence. Your main tasks will include aligning budgets with contract managers, reviewing financial data, and implementing key performance indicators. You’ll also lead initiatives to automate cost management processes while supporting financial operations. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, allowing you to enhance your skills in a dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has a knack for problem-solving, and is ready to make a real impact in our organization.

Who you are:

• 10+ years of professional experience in finance or accountancy; IT cost accounting experience is a plus.
• MBA or CPA preferred; minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting complex figures and data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts to non-accountants.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand their concerns.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with financial planning software, ERP systems, and big data analytics.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
