YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for a Global Mobility Process Manager, who will be the single point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business partners for all matters related to the employees working in a cross-border set-up within our company

You will coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that everyone has the most up to date information on the set-up and maintain responsibility for the successful completion of cross-border working arrangements.

 

You will help to ensure best possible employee and manager experience and support problem solving for any issues arising because of the cross-border employment, using where appropriate the external experts for relocation and tax and legal services.
You will ensure that all cross-border employment cases are compliant with applicable policies and procedures and any deviations from the policy should be documented accordingly.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Professional 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar functioning role
  • Knowledge of Immigration and Tax Regulations: A deep understanding of global immigration laws and tax regulations is essential. The specialist must ensure compliance with legal requirements in different countries.
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.)
  • Project Management: ability to manage multiple assignments and relocation processes simultaneously, keeping track of timelines, costs, and milestones. 
  • Cross-Cultural Communication:
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
