This role can be done in a hybrid working model.
Your role:
We are looking for a Global Mobility Partner to join our Global Mobility Services Team, ensuring seamless and compliant international business travel for our employees. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners regarding all compliance-related requirements for international business travel within company. Your primary responsibility will be to operationalize and oversee the compliance processes, ensuring that all necessary actions are completed before travel. In addition, you will be working on other matters related to employees working in a cross-border set-up within Group such as Cross-Border Roles & Remote Work and Growth Assignments. If you are passionate about ensuring smooth and compliant international business travel operations, we encourage you to apply.

Who you are:

• Professional 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar functioning role
• Knowledge of Immigration and Tax Regulations: A deep understanding of global immigration laws and tax regulations is essential. The specialist must ensure compliance with legal requirements in different countries.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
• University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.)
• Project Management: ability to manage multiple assignments and relocation processes simultaneously, keeping track of timelines, costs, and milestones. 
• Cross-Cultural Communication:
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
