YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and optimize international mobility programs. In this role, you will be the primary expert for international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax compliance, ensuring alingment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing global mobility operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality services. You will provide expert guidance, address inquiries, manage escalations, and offer informed solutions to support the business. Collaboration with HR, Finance, other internal teams and external providers is key to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all employees.
This role is split 50% between operational delivery and 50% strategic projects to enhance and streamline global mobility programs. A key part of this role will be developing and implementing global mobility policies that align with both local and international laws, while also optimizing costs related to international assignments. You will also design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in global mobility team.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum of 5 years in global mobility or international HR, with expertise in mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax compliance.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in global mobility software and HRIS systems. Certification in Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) is desirable
- University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Strong process excellence and project management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a multicultural environment
