This role can be done in a hybrid model.

YOUR ROLE:
As the Global Business Process Expert in Cost Accounting, you'll be a key player in enhancing our global End-to-End processes within the Accounting and Finance Group. Your day-to-day will involve supporting process improvements, automation, and innovation in close collaboration with Finance stakeholders.

You'll define and monitor process performance KPIs, making proposals to optimize E2E processes, roles, and responsibilities in profitability analysis reporting. You'll also ensure high-quality documentation and training content for assigned processes, supported by a specialized team. Additionally, you'll align the implementation of standard processes in ERP projects, ensuring compliance with company standards.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Proven experience in cost and P&L accounting, with a management accounting background.
• Minimum 3 years of expert knowledge in SAP CO (Cost Accounting) including CO-PA and CO-OM modules.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in an international team.
• Experience in ERP process implementation is a plus.
• Passionate about driving process improvements and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with Lean Management Toolkit is an advantage.
