Your role:
Are you ready to join a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence while putting our internal customers first? We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Service Management Expert! In this key position, you’ll lead projects that enhance customer interactions and work closely with cross-functional teams to create a customer-focused culture. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategy for our Service Management and Customer Engagement platforms, including our ticketing system. You’ll manage complex global projects related to Service Standards, from defining goals to implementing and evaluating solutions. Plus, you’ll maintain and update Service Standards for all Customer Engagement Platforms and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, IT)
- At least 5 years of experience in customer engagement, service management, or a similar role, preferably in a GBS environment.
- 5-10 years of experience managing projects.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 5 years working in diverse international teams, successfully interacting with multiple departments and external partners.
- Proven success in implementing effective customer engagement strategies and technological solutions.
- Fluent in English.
