This role can be done in a hybrid working model from Wrocław.
Your role:
The Global Sourcing Business Process Expert will lead the design, standardization, and governance of sourcing processes across the organization. This role ensures that sourcing operations align with best practices, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements, while driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and the optimal use of sourcing tools. The expert will manage sourcing tools and systems, ensuring they are effectively optimized to support the organization’s objectives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. 
You will play a crutial role in business process Design & Optimization, as well as governance & compliance, to establish and enforce sourcing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and corporate standards. You role will be within data & performance analytics to track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing processes, tools, and governance (e.g., cost savings, sourcing cycle time, compliance rates). We want you to lead and support sourcing-related projects, ensuring project timelines, objectives, and deliverables are met. Align sourcing activities with vendor management strategies to ensure compliance with governance policies and performance standards.​​​​​​​ You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on sourcing processes, tools, and governance frameworks, providing guidance and support to operational sourcing teams and stakeholders. The role drives continuous improvement by eliminating process inefficiencies and standardizing workflows, contributing to faster procurement cycles.

Who You are:​​​​​​​

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement, governance, and tool management.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing sourcing tools and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa). 
  • Experience working in large-scale sourcing operations or multinational organization.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement systems, sourcing tools, and process automation.
  • Experience in system integration, tool management, and driving tool-related enhancements.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, standardization, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within sourcing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
