As a Global Sourcing Manager for Data Digital & IT, you will be an essential member of our world-class IT Procurement Team. Your role will be to be part of the Sourcing Digital & IT Team focusing on Applications on global level, managing Procurement Spend across all Business Units and reporting to the Head of Digital & IT Procurement.

You will be responsible for developing and deploying global IT Sourcing projects. You will not only drive complex strategic initiatives and end-to-end sourcing processes, but also lead the way in enhanced value creation for all our stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a key role in Business Partnering for our Senior IT executives globally.

Through a solid business partner approach, you will develop effective personal relationships with our stakeholders, aligning subcategory strategies and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and developing vendor relationships, ensuring that they deliver the category goals in their service offerings while enhancing value beyond vendor performance.

Who you are:

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in (IT) Procurement
• Proven track record in Digital / IT Sourcing, Contracting and Purchasing especially in the Application and IT Service area
• Experience in Business Partnering
• Good communication and project management skills, strong business acumen, commercial understanding and technology orientation
• International and cross functional experience
• Experienced with offshoring/nearshoring, implementation/service contracts as well as software related topics
• Master’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Science, IT, MBA or equivalent
• Solid Data Digital & IT Market experience, especially in terms of new technologies
