Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw

 

YOUR ROLE:
As the Head of Global Mobility, you will lead the execution of our international mobility program and shape the strategy, ensuring seamless employee transitions across 50+ countries. Managing a team of 12 professionals, you’ll oversee all aspects of global mobility, including compliance, operational excellence, and policy deployment. Your role will involve execution and improvement of processes for international assignments, cross-border workers, business travel, and permanent transfers while ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and relocation regulations.


You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to various stakeholders, providing best-fit solutions for internal talent mobility to drive business success. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll co-create policies that align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience. A key part of your role will be the daily management of external vendors, such as relocation service providers and tax consultants, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.


Beyond operational execution, you will focus on data-driven decision-making, leveraging KPIs and performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and implement improvements. You'll also foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, professional development, and collaboration. Your expertise will help shape a best-in-class global mobility function that supports long-term business growth and employee career development.
 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 8+ years of experience in Global Mobility roles, incl. knowledge of international tax, immigration, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership skills with min. 5 years of experience leading mid-size team 
  • In-depth experience with mobility strategy implementation, performance and quality metrics .
  • Experience in shared service center operations and process optimization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex mobility cases with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; Polish or German is a plus.
  • Willigness to travel up to 10% of time
