This role is based in Wroclaw, Poland, with flexible remote work options available up to three days a week.

 

YOUR ROLE:
As the Director, Head of Invoice to Cash Operations, you will oversee the credit-granting and collection processes, ensuring compliance with company policies to minimize financial risk while maximizing revenue. 
You will evaluate and approve customer creditworthiness and develop and implement collection strategies to reduce past-due accounts, generate insightful reports on accounts receivable. 

 

You manage a team of approximately 20 experts in cash collections, credit management, and dispute resolution, and collaborate closely with finance and sales departments to maintain healthy cash flow. Given I2C is a strategic area for our Global Business Services Hub in Wroclaw, you will prepare your team for growth, ensuring they operate at an industry competitive level, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. 

This role is based in Wroclaw, Poland, with flexible remote work options available up to three days a week.
 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in credit management and collections, including dispute management.

  • Proven leadership experience, experience in a global business services environment is considered a plus.

  • Experience in supply chain management (Order to Cash) is considered a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including conflict management in matrix- and cross-cultural settings.

  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and debt collection best practices.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with familiarity in ERP and accounting software (SAP, Financial Supply Chain Management).
