I2P/AP Business Process Expert (all genders)

YOUR ROLE

Join our team as the Invoice to Pay (I2P) Global Business Process Expert! In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a seamless I2P experience for our employees and suppliers. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to implement a new Accounts Payable (AP) Workflow, from gathering requirements to validation and testing. You’ll focus on continuous improvement and automation, ensuring efficiency from invoice ingestion to posting. You’ll also review training materials and conduct end-user training to empower your colleagues. This position offers opportunities for growth and a clear career path within our organization.

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in a business-related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, or Procurement in an international setting.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, particularly Accounts Payable Workflow in SAP FI, ideally using Invoicetrack by Springtime.
• Experience with AP auto-postings, OCR, EDI, or e-invoicing implementations is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving ERP improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, making a positive impact on team dynamics.
• Customer-focused with a keen understanding of business requirements.
• Self-motivated and driven by a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team.
