This role can be done 100% remotely from Poland.
Your role:
Digital, Data & IT Senior Project Manager as a value-driven member of our global Digital, Data & IT organization enabling the digital transformation of our company’s Enabling Functions, plays a key role to coordinate people and apply methodologies ensuring that the value impact of the solutions will be maximized (agile, hybrid and non-agile). Digital, Data & IT Senior Project Manager will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, process and techniques helping to put collective intelligence to work.
Embedded in a cross-functional team supporting Finance, Procurement, HR and other Functions, Digital, Data & IT Senior Project Manager will drive projects to success. You will be responsible to deliver our digital initiatives in their end-to-end life cycle to provide Business value. This would involve project planning and execution, stakeholder management, risk management, team leadership, communication and reporting.

 

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT acting as a Senior IT Project Manager or in a similar position in a complex environment coordinating multiple tasks
  • Proven project management record and experience with various project management methodologies (E.g. waterfall vs. agile)
  • Comfortable acting as the link between IT and business with strong motivation to learn new concepts, topics and technologies
  • Possess a creative and open mind, pro-actively, take action and anticipates opportunities, act as an owner, with a strong accountability attitude, and in an agile mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced (and often times) entrepreneurial environment, with multiple projects running in parallel, and where ambiguity may exist requiring strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Willing to travel:  10-15%
