This role can be done in a hybrid model from Wrocław.
Your role:
As Junior Event Management Expert you will support the positioning of the company, both internally and externally, and create a unique and emotional brand experience. The focus will be on supporting the Event Services team based in both Germany & Poland, with a unique opportunity to prove the success of the Event Services set-up.The focus will be on back-office activities i.e., organizational and operational activities.
You will support the concept development and we count on your ideas and impulses to deliver the desired event experience. The scope of the role is currently meeting various touchpoints to internal/external clients and internal/external stakeholders. You will also support building cross-functional relationships to leverage the benefits of the GBS set-up, ensuring the compliance versus existing internal meetings & events policies and event branding guidelines.
You will be expected to coordinate and monitor the planning process end-2end in close cooperation with the team and develop solutions to overcome process challenges as well as to drive the measuring the event performance.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in event management / event services is a must.
  • Executional know-how in mid-size and large-scale events, with VIP stakeholders, relevant and up-to-date knowledge of the events industry
  • Technical understanding of event setting as an advantage, supporting conceptional event design and event consulting skills preferred
  • Client focus, ability to understand requirements of VIP clients, keeping a holistic overview.
  • Process-oriented thinking, structured and efficient working style, high degree of self-direction and flexibility
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and intercultural skills
  • Empathy and passion combined with a strong team spirit
  • Availability to travel up to 15% (mainly to Germany)
