This role can be done in a hybrid model from Wrocław.
Your role:
You will be responsible for developing, crafting and maintaining Knowledge Base (KB) articles that optimally contribute to a good user experience of our employees and managers. In close alignment with the Content Owner the Knowledge Content Editor strives to design and maintain easy-to-understand and effective articles for our customers. These articles may be related to user experience, process delivery and technology implementation. Many of them will write about Human Resources topics. You will be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of article content as well as for correctness of translations.
Within the role you need to understand and consider defined quality targets for service delivery (user experience, speed, quality, cost, compliance).

Who you are:

  • Fluency in German and English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to turn complex topics into target group specific communication
  • First experience in communication management, copywriting, editing or content marketing will be a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Works well independently as well as in an international (virtual) team
  • Bachelor in German philology or linguistic, communications, journalism or similar field is advantageous
