This role can be done hybrid: 2 days from the office in Wrocław.

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a bright, curious and customer-focused Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong expertise in commercial contracting, understanding of contract lifecycle management and service delivery. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts, from CDA, through various service agreements to IT contracts related to a broad range of Client’s business activity. 
You will be handling procurement and licensing matters. You will be responsible for ensuring timely review and response on all contract review requests and appropriate escalation of any potential concerns or issues.
 

WHO YOU ARE:

• 6-7 years of experience in shared services center, in-house or law firm legal role
• Strong negotiation, drafting and communicating skills in English (German language would be a plus)
• Ability to efficiently review contracts and smoothly communicate with different stakeholders involved in the contract negotiation process (business, procurement, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of commercial contracts, preferably also IT contracts
• Staying current with relevant laws and regulations as well as industry standards and trends
• Additional work experience in contracting in the United States of America or with a company / law firm contracting under US law would be a plus, M&A understanding would be a plus
• Ability to analyze legal contracting issues and formulate and execute strategic responses with a keen understanding of the impact to business interests and company goals
• European degree in law
