Your role:
As holder of this position, you will be accountable for executing the HR Services strategy in line with our company. This includes managing the execution of HR Services Administration EMEA activities in an effective and efficient manner and actively identifying business needs and managing stakeholders within the business, HR, IT, PO and other relevant functions. You will manage a team of 7+ service agents, and you will lead the HR administration of processes like employee moves, exits, long-term absences and career advancements etc. You will be accountable for overseeing the execution of the above mentioned services and ensuring that the offered services are executed in an accurate, timely and compliant manner: calls and consultancy, data administration, document management, case and knowledge management and operational vendor management. Overall, you will be accountable for ensuring high-class service quality in these areas and for establishing an agile, results-driven and customer-centric culture within the own organization. At the same time, you will maximize operational efficiency, you will drive continuous improvement and service excellence in the own area of responsibility. The holder of the position will also give recommendations for enhancement of processes and supporting technology. Moreover, you will partner closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to constantly gain feedback, manage customers and partners and to further establish our company as internal service partner of trust and quality.
Who you are:
- University, Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and/ or Shared/ Global Business Services/ managing Shared Service Center teams/ International work experience
- Deep experience in HR administration
- Strong international team management skills
- English skills native / C1 level, all other languages are a plus French/Spanish/Italian
- Good understanding of lean management methodology
- Basic understanding of Finance and IT
- Basic knowledge in MS-Office
- Basic project management skills
- Strong customer management skills
- Strategic mindset and business acumen
- Strong communication skills
