This role can be done hybrid: 2 days per week from office in Wrocław. 

Your Role:
You will take on the position of Payroll Manager for France, overseeing the end-to-end payroll function for a large, multi-entity organization, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation, calculation, and disbursement of compensation across multiple legal entities. A core part of your responsibility will be to lead, manage, and motivate a dedicated team of payroll specialists in France and Poland while guaranteeing that all payroll practices adhere strictly to local legislation (taxation and social security). Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing the payroll system and play supporting role in optimizing Time & Attendance (T&A) tool, handling all related social and tax declarations (including DSN), and acting as the primary expert for internal stakeholders, including Finance and HR Business Partners. You will also champion a high standard of employee service by surveilling critical payroll inquiries.    

 

Who you are:
- Experience in payroll management for France for over 5+ years, preferably in a complex organizational environment (large companies) and multi-site operations. 
-Over 5 years of experience in the operational management of multi-country payroll.
-Understanding of French social and tax legislation.
-Experience in managing teams and projects,large-scale change and associated communications. 
-Experience managing and supervising staff, including in a distributed/virtual network, in a services environment within or for a major multinational company.
-Proficient in French and English is essential.
-Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Degree in Human Resources or related field
