This role can be done remotely up to 80% from Wrocław. 
Your role:

As a Business Process Excellence Improvement Lead for shared services your role involves, spearheading productivity and cost-saving projects, building a structured process for how these projects should be executed from initiation to completion. 
You collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure financial alignment and oversee the entire end-to-end process, including diagnosing opportunities, implementing changes, and monitoring outcomes. 
You lead the adoption of Lean Management principles through workshops, training sessions, and hands-on support to operational teams, driving continuous improvement across the organization. You report on the progress of these transformation projects, ensuring that they contribute to increased organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Your work spans global and local initiatives, with a focus on implementing a new model of operation to achieve lasting improvements in productivity and cost management in all functions of company.

 

Who you are:

  • At least 7 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement within a service environment, preferable in GBS
  • Proven experience in leading improvement projects with use of Lean tools and methods. Oversee end-to-end transformation and productivity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Change management experience, problem solving approach,  good communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in data aggregation, min. Greenbelt Lean 6 Sigma
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating across financial and operational teams to drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote lean principles and best practices.
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with all levels of management;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the organization.
  • Proven track record of enhancing process efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
