This role can be done in a fully remote working model.

Your role:
We are looking for a Process Expert Data Engineer as part of our Process Mining team to implement technology and enhance business processes. The role involves collaborating with internal customers, functional and digital experts, and stakeholders in the Finance area to translate use cases into effective, scalable, and agile solutions. It also entails working with IT to automate and industrialize data feeds, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to developing a cross-functional Data Governance strategy. The responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of process mining initiatives for dedicated processes, designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines for process mining, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements using process mining techniques, providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of data engineers, and developing and maintaining documentation for data engineering processes and systems. 
In order to be successful in this role you should be experienced in understanding process challenges, knowledgeable in applying established Process Mining solution with Signavio and how to translate the process challenge into use cases. Furthermore continuously collaborating with respective Subject Matter Experts of a Process in order to provide them with solutions to improve the respective Process and realize Business Value.

Who you are:

• You possess proven experience of a minimum 2 years in Process Mining technologies with the ability to conduct data transformation with MS SQL, analysis and visualization across multiple source systems with Signavio as Process Mining software.
• You have a good process understanding for common SAP end-to-end processes such as O2C, P2P, A2R etc.
• You have had touch points with SAP A2R and other finance processes.
• You are proficient in building custom KPIs and dashboards with Analytics and Visualization tools (e.g. Process Mining software or Tableau, QlikSense, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects).
• Data warehousing, data integration and databases (e.g. SAP BW, SAP HANA, ABAP, SAP Cloud Platform, Oracle, Hadoop, Hive, ETL, Big Data Platforms, RDBMS) and first experience with Python, R etc. are an advantage.
• You have strong problem-solving capabilities (investigation of complex business challenges and formulation of efficient and practical solution) proactive with a collaborative mindset, outcome focused and solution-oriented.
• You possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
