This role can be done in a fully remote working model.

Your role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced BPM Methodology Expert to join our team working on the Signavio Suite platform. This role is crucial for providing guidance, standardization, methodology training, and support, enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of process modeling initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance in process modeling techniques and methodologies, ensuring that teams apply best practices to create effective and efficient models. Standardization: Help establish a standardized approach to process modeling, promoting consistency across the organization and enhancing clarity in documentation. Plug & Gain: Facilitate the "Plug & Gain" concept, enabling teams to quickly integrate new processes and improvements into existing frameworks, thereby accelerating implementation and adoption. Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous modeling improvements in alignment with best practices, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing needs. If you are passionate about enhancing process modeling initiatives and have the expertise to guide our teams, we invite you to apply for this exciting.

 

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in customer upskilling, conducting workshops, and training sessions.
  • Expertise in the Signavio Suite and its applications.
  • Extensive experience in Process Modeling, particularly with BPMN 2.0. Strong knowledge of Business Process Management Frameworks.
  • Proficiency in creating Signavio reports, including SOPs and analytical reports.
  • Experience in Workflow Management, including creating and editing approval workflows, knowledge of GxP Process Modeling (optional)
  • Demonstrated experience in business process management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively train and support teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
