Your role:
We are looking for a talented Procurement Business Fleet Expert to join our winning team! As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the implementation & execution of the Business Travel Fleet & Events category, specializing in Fleet sub-category on a global level. You will function as a representative of the category for selected countries/markets, working closely with the business stakeholders and suppliers, operating as a program leader. You will be responsible for process design and management as well as spend analyses including savings tracking and forecasting & budgeting. You will support TFE category execution, by preparing and running RfX competitive bidding events.
In addition, you will support the development of the envisioned shared service center organization and establish and maintain a collaborative work environment with colleagues in our company procurement organization, to continuously enable and improve the overall process performance.
Who you are:
- Experience in a professional, complex and international corporate environment is a must, preferably in shared service center
- Fluent English and German is a must
- Business Travel and/or Fleet experience is must,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with minimal guidance when required, strong ownership and making things done attitude,
- Professional work experience in procurement and contracting (including supplier negotiations) and in project management,
- Familiarity with RFX tools and travel management software (Procurment tender platform, ERP, Spend analysis tool),
- Analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel; PowerBI is a plus
