YOUR ROLE:
As a Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for creating purchase orders in the relevant ERPs and/or ARIBA systems in accordance with company standards and procedures.

You will apply process knowledge and continuously improve the operational purchasing process. One of your main responsibilities will be to contact suppliers to clarify queries, obtain necessary information (e.g., delivery date), prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, document processes and share information with all relevant internal and/or external partners.

You will also be expected to identify areas where technical solutions or process changes would improve the team's business performance.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement / Sourcing or Accounts Payable / Receivable in a matrix organization.
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba
• Understanding of Source To Contract or Purchase To Pay or Accounts Payable processes 
• You have good time management skills
• Flexible, accountable, results oriented, proactive and independent.
• Willing to accept challenges and work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and achieve objectives.
