This role can be done in a hybrid working model.
Your role:

The Smart Process Automation (SPA) Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and automation solutions. Will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyse processes and design automation solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity. You will also design and implement automated applications designed by the Business Analyst in collaboration with process experts. 
Work with business stakeholders, SPA developers and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
You would work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of RPA solutions. As well as supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues and defects during the testing phase.

 

Who you are:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in process modelling and/or automation projects (RPA experience is an advantage).
  • Proven business analyst experience, preferably in RPA or process automation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of RPA concepts, tools and technologies a plus.
  • Familiarity with process modelling and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a passion for automation and process improvement.
