Hybrid work model: 2 days per week from office in Wroclaw

 

YOUR ROLE:

Come and join the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) leadership team for our Wroclaw Hub as the Senior Communication & Change Management Expert. In this role, you design, implement, and manage internal local and global communication and engagement activities across various channels (e.g., intranet, online, hybrid and face-to-face meetings), while also developing and implementing effective change management solutions.

 

You leverage feedback and data available to measure and continuously improve the impact of initiatives. You collaborate closely with leadership, key stakeholders, and teams to ensure the successful activation of our strategy across the organization. As an associated member of the global Strategy Activation Team in GES, you represent Wroclaw hub, contribute to global and function-wide programs, and ensure alignment between local and global as well as functional and organizational activities.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Change Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in internal communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement in a global or complex organizational environment.
  • Experience with successfully applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools in diverse and international groups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels and tools, including intranet, newsletters, and social collaboration platforms.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office programs including Powerpoint, Word, Teams, Whiteboard. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
