Your role:

Join our team and help drive innovation through data and digital solutions in Healthcare! You’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and enhancing our data architecture and flows to ensure high-quality, easily accessible data. Collaborating closely with global, regional, and local business stakeholders, you’ll optimize how we gather and structure data. The data products you create will support a variety of reporting, analytics, and AI solutions, enabling self-service analytics for various users. You’ll leverage advanced technologies like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS in a team of skilled experts. As the primary point of accountability, you’ll oversee the scoping, delivery, and deployment of your data products, contributing to Merck’s goal of becoming a data-driven organization.



Who you are:

 

  • Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a technical focus, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience as a data warehouse expert, data architect, or data product owner.
  • Proven experience in designing complex data models and data flow architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and data & analytics solutions like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Strong end-to-end thinking about data products, from ingestion to delivery.
  • Experience in Healthcare Marketing and Sales is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to engage effectively with both business teams and developers.
  • Experience working in virtual and agile teams.
