This role can be done in a hybrid model.
Your role:
The Global Business Process Expert - Management Accounting within Accounting and Finance Group supports the global End-to-End process design including, but not limited to, activities covered by shared service activities and systems, to improve business outcomes. 
This includes supporting process improvements, automation and innovation in close alignment with Finance stakeholders. You will provide transparency by defining and monitoring process performance KPIs and measurement and make proposals to define and further develop/optimize E2E processes, roles & responsibilities, KPIs etc. in the area of profitability analysis reporting. 
Furthermore the role includes ensuring consistent and high-quality documentation and training content for the assigned E2E processes, supported by a specialized support team. Another key responsibility is to ensure that assigned company's standard parameters (e.g. LFF objects) are implemented in the processes. 
The position holder will also align implementation of standard processes in ERP projects.

Who you are:

• Knowledge and experience with the related processes
• Expert Knowledge in SAP CO – Management Accounting min 3 years
• Ability to work in an international team
• experience in ERP process implementation as a plus
• Enjoying to drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem solving attitude
• Lean Management Toolkit is a plus
