Work in hybrid model: 2 days a week from office in Wroclaw.
 

YOUR ROLE:
As a Senior Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing and communicating our company's growth narrative to investors. 
Your day-to-day will involve analyzing competitive insights and financial trends to support the Investor Relations team while driving improvements in reporting processes. 
You will develop financial presentations for investors, including quarterly results and conference updates. Collaborating closely with the team, you'll produce analytical reports focused on key sectors and gather essential information for quarterly management presentations. 
Your role will also include optimizing service delivery standards and identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, including preparation of financial presentations. 
  • Experience in managing a small team will be additional asset.                                                                                
  • Proficient in Power Point and Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Availibility for business travels - 5% (approx. 3 days per quarter, mainly to Germany)
