As a Sourcing Manager, you will be accountable for execution of strategy, negotiation and contract management, supplier management, spend excellence/analysis and sustainability reporting besides others around Digital & IT Procurement ensuring alignment with organizational and company goals. This function will drive IT-related initiatives and sourcing process, close collaboration with Global Procurement Team. Some of the key activities are to deliver value beyond financial contribution and service quality, especially to supply market innovation that will help to drive the digitalization. Finally, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.

Who you are:
· 3+ years of experience in Procurement
· Experienced and/or interested in Digital, Data & IT procurement as well as in digital and information technologies
· Experience in IT Application and Software or IT Infrastructure area and market knowledge (e.g. Software and License, Pricing Matrix, content management; R&D; Marketing & Sales; Supply Chain Manufacturing; Implementation and Migration Projects, Software and License management, IT- and cybersecurity, End user hardware, Network, Telecommunications etc.) would be a Plus

· Capabilities and conflict management abilities to successfully drive change and to interact with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers e.g. within Contracts and Licenses prolongations
· International and cross-functional experience with the ability to successfully manage projects and contracts with global scope

· Fluent English required
· Master degree in economics, science, information technology, business administration (or equivalent)
