This role can be done in a hybrid working model.
Your role:
We’re looking for a dedicated and resilient individual to join our dynamic Procurement Team. As our Supplier Care Advisor, you will be a part of the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) Organization, where you will support Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth P2P operations while interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments. In this role, you will have the chance to clarify and resolve P2P related queries, through various communication channels—whether it’s through our ticketing tool, chats, emails, or via our Cisco telephony line (incl. receiving calls from suppliers). You will develop your skills in managing various stakeholder expectations and navigating complex queries by applying your Accounts Payable, Purchasing knowledge in an international environment. You will also work with your team on improvement initiatives and projects.

Who you are:

• 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing or Accounts Payable, solid understanding of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
• Pronounced customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills allowing you to clearly articulate ideas and provide solutions
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of SAP/Ariba or other ERP systems
• Ability to efficiently organize, monitor and prioritize tasks
• Proactive attitude, adaptability
