Job Description: Venture Capital Intern

 

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven intern to join our venture capital team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of venture capital. You will work closely with senior investment professionals and contribute to various stages of the investment process, from deal sourcing to due diligence and portfolio management.

 

Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities by conducting market research and analysis.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis on prospective companies, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify investment themes and opportunities.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases.

 

Qualifications:

A PhD or a Master's degree in Life Sciences (Finance education on top is an advantage).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for startups, technology, and innovation.
