Join our dynamic team as a Technical Director focused on Metrology & Inspection, where you will lead innovative projects for semiconductor customers in Taiwan. In this pivotal role, you will drive the penetration of cutting-edge metrology and inspection products, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your Role:

• Oversee new metrology and inspection projects for semiconductor packaging customers in Taiwan.
• Facilitate regular technical review meetings, fostering collaboration and alignment with our clients.
• Maintain daily communication with our European headquarters, local engineering teams, and customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with Taiwan customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Who You Are:

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
• 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with metrology and inspection equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor packaging technologies and mass production processes.
• Proven track record in managing metrology and inspection equipment projects.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong coordination abilities among headquarters, customers, and local teams.
• Willingness to travel globally to support regional initiatives.
