Your Role:

• We are seeking a hands-on Digital Solutions Analyst to join our Strategy & Excellence team within Our Life Science Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO).
• In this role, you will play a key part in building, running and continuously improving our digital solutions for strategic project and portfolio management – creating transparency, enabling analysis and supporting decision-making.
• You translate business needs into robust technical solutions, connect data across platforms, and provide decision-ready insights.
• Develop Smartsheet-based solutions (requirements → design → build → rollout), ensuring scalable structures, user-friendly UX, and governance
• Act as the go-to expert for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing solutions; manage enhancements and user adoption
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting (Power BI/Tableau) for portfolio and project information visualization and KPI tracking
• Design and implement interfaces/integrations between applications (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft platforms, Palantir Foundry), including API-based connections where required
• Collaborate with the strategic project and portfolio management team, project managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
• Ensure data quality (accuracy, integrity, validation)

Who You are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with relevant experience.
• Advanced Smartsheet expertise (solution design, workflows/automations; Control Center a strong plus)
• Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau for data visualization and stakeholder-ready dashboards
• Strong skills in data management, data analysis and reporting automation. Experience with integrations/interfaces; QlikView, SQL is a plus
• Fluent in English with an ability to work independently, proactively seeking out data solutions and insights that align closely with our business needs and stakeholder orientation
• Excellent attention to detail while understanding and implementing business priorities

Preferred Requirements:

• Data lake (Foundry), Python/R or similar
• Experience in project-focused environments
• Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
